Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the brand’s social visual language for the US market
  • Build and maintain distinctive visual realms for launches, seasonal moments, and always-on content
  • Translate product positioning into clear, recognizable social imagery
  • Ensure visual cohesion across campaigns and ongoing content
  • Develop scroll-stopping first-frame visual hooks
  • Create premium, eye-catching content tailored for social platforms
  • Adapt campaign assets into dynamic, platform-native formats
  • Elevate everyday content into brand-ownable visual systems
  • Stay deeply aware of emerging social formats across platforms
  • Track aesthetic shifts within US wellness and lifestyle culture

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital or social art direction
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first visual systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PPT and Figma
  • Hands-on AI visual generation experience (required)
  • Strong understanding of US social media aesthetics
  • Experience in wellness, lifestyle, or beauty categories preferred
  • English (mandatory)
  • Spanish (preferably)

Preferred

  • Experience with 3D imagery, CGI environments, or compositing
  • Ability to integrate light 3D elements into social content
  • Familiarity with hybrid AI + 3D workflows
