Own field recruitment and team development for a canvass-based sales force, driving onboarding, training, daily execution, and field presence to hit growth targets.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Build a steady pipeline of qualified canvassers and onboard them quickly to territories.
Training & Coaching: Deliver in-field and classroom training, coach daily on pitch delivery, objections, and performance, and run daily huddles and midweek meetings.
Culture & Execution: Lead by example to foster accountability and a disciplined, professional team with consistent field presence and measurable results.
