Job Summary

Own analyst relations for Google Ads and Commerce by shaping P0 topics, turning roadmaps into analyst-ready narratives, and driving activation across briefs, events, and co-branded research.

  • Analyst Relations Leadership: Drive proactive analyst engagement and serve as the narrative lead for key topics like Search, YouTube, Commerce, and Agentic AI.
  • Research Activation: Scope and publish co-branded research initiatives from concept to publication and activation.
  • Narrative Distillation: Translate product roadmaps into compelling overviews and strategy documents for analyst consumption.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner across Marketing, Product, and Sales to drive proactive engagement with the analyst community, serving as the narrative lead and key AR partner for P0 topics such as Search, YouTube, Commerce, and Agentic AI.
  • Scope, align and execute comprehensive analyst briefings and co-branded research initiatives, from conception to publication and activation.
  • Leverage product kids and roadmaps to distill complex capabilities into compelling overviews, strategy documents, and presentations tailored for analyst consumption.
  • Lead and support critical analyst engagement and content activation during major marketing moments, including Google-owned and industry events.
  • Partner with broader Marketing, Communications and Public Relations teams to activate analyst research and claims across owned channels, demand-generation campaigns, and external communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in (growth, performance, direct response, social, digital, cloud, events, etc.) marketing, management consulting, operations, business strategy, ad sales, or analyst relations.
  • Experience within the digital advertising landscape, including platforms, trends, and engaged dynamics.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience in a Marketing, Product Marketing, or Analyst Relations role within the technology, advertising, or commerce sectors.
  • Experience scoping, negotiating, and executing co-branded research reports or custom consulting projects with external partners.
  • Understanding of the advertising and commerce technology landscape, with knowledge of key-topics such as Search, Video, and AI-driven-marketing.
  • Ability to build and manage cross-functional processes that influence-across product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Ability to synthesize highly-complex, technical-product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives and strategic business-value-propositions.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced-environment, with experience managing complex-projects and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
