Job Summary

Own Amazon ads, channel expansion, and data-driven optimization to drive revenue on a high-velocity eCommerce platform.

  • Own Amazon Ads: strategy, execution, and optimization across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP to lift organic rankings.
  • Expand discovery: test emerging search and traffic channels including Alexa for Shopping to boost product findability.
  • Data to action: convert traffic, conversion, and advertising metrics into executive-ready optimization plans.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Amazon Ads Management: Strategize, execute, and scale Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP, to optimize ad spend and maximize organic ranking.
  • Emerging Traffic Channels: Investigate, test, and deploy emerging search and traffic vehicles, specifically optimizing product discoverability for AI assistants and Amazon Alexa for Shopping.
  • Promotional Strategy: discuss with the team and execute traffic-driving promotional calendars for high-velocity events, including Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and strategic coupon campaigns.
  • Search Engine Optimization: Conduct continuous keyword research to optimize titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and hidden keywords for maximum indexation and relevance on site.
  • Content Enhancement: Oversee the development and implementation of high-converting A+ Content, Brand Stores, premium product imagery, and video assets to increase unit session percentages and reduce return rates.
  • Funnel Analytics: Monitor and analyze traffic, glance views, conversion rates, and advertising efficiency metrics on a daily and weekly basis to identify growth bottlenecks.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Review competitor pricing, positioning, visual assets, and review trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Synthesize complex advertising and traffic reports into actionable optimization plans for executive review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college
  • 1 Year of experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, or Amazon Ads.
  • Prior internship or project experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or merchandising.
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, pivot tables, large datasets)
  • Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Amazon Brand Analytics.
