Job Summary

Own the Amazon Business marketing motion for B2B buyers, focusing on customer insight and multi-channel campaigns that reach both users and senior decision makers.

  • Campaign execution and motion design across awareness, executive engagement, webinars, events, sponsorships, and email.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Sales Enablement, Product, and external agencies.
  • Robust measurement framework and reporting to prove impact and guide optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This role is focused on getting Amazonian's to purchase their business buying needs on Amazon Business. To be successful you will deeply know and advocate for the customer: Who they are, their pain points, where and how we can reach them, and the value proposition that we can uniquely offer to delight them as we meet their needs.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to reach and engage both users and senior decision makers.
  • Design and deliver marketing motions like awareness campaigns, executive engagement events, webinars, Trade Shows/Conferences, Sponsorships and Email.
  • Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Sales Enablement, and Product stakeholders, as well as external agencies and partners.
  • Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience of B2B marketing best practices
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred

  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
  • Experience driving demand through traditional offline marketing activities like events, advertisements, snail mail or flyers
  • Event Marketing, including third party trade shows and conferences
