Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end MDF claim process, submitting marketing plans for approval and tracking fund availability.
Ensure 100% utilization of allocated budgets and compliance with guidelines.
Gather and verify required documents (leads, assets, invoices) for audits.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement co-branded campaigns.
Point of contact for alliance partners on marketing operations, ensuring brand consistency.
Track and analyze KPIs for alliance campaigns.
Align alliance initiatives with Product Marketing and Sales teams.
Maintain a dashboard of marketing spend against budget.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in EE, Physics, BSCS or related technical degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of Product Marketing experience for a high-technology company preferred
Understanding of MDF programs and end-to-end MDF claim process
Strong written and verbal communications
Exceptional organizational skills
Top-notch project management; keeping timelines and relationships intact
Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including follow-up and measurement
Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities, tactics, and MDF funding
Requires a strong leader that is self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to initiate and complete projects with US and abroad
