Job Summary
Own end-to-end AI video production from concept to delivery, blending editing, motion graphics, and color with advanced generative tools to rapidly produce platform-ready content.
- Video creation and post-production: shape polished assets across ads, social, and brand content.
- AI tooling and workflow optimization: experiment with Gen AI models and integrate efficient pipelines.
- Cross-functional collaboration: partner with creative directors, producers, and strategists to iterate and scale variations.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- script, produce and post-produce polished, Gen AI video assets for ads, social media, campaigns, and brand content, ensuring alignment with client briefs and creative direction
- editing & generating video sequences
- applying motion graphics and visual elements
- performing basic color correction and grading
- optimizing content for various platforms and formats
- collaborating closely with creative directors, producers, and strategists to iterate quickly on concepts and deliver multiple content variations
- experiment with and refine AI-driven video tools and workflows
- maintain organized project files
- adhere to quality, brand, and delivery standards
Requirements
- 1+ years creating AI video content (professional, freelance, or prolific personal practice) with a portfolio to prove it.
- Proficiency across generative video models (Veo3, Runway, Kling, Seedance 2.0, Higgsfield, Elevenlabs etc.) - know each model’s strengths, limits, and sweet spots.
- Strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools).
- Proficiency with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower thirds, overlays, and visual elements that support brand and campaign goals.
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including structuring narratives, assembling footage, and preparing exports for multiple platforms.
- Encyclopedic knowledge of current generative video models and a clear POV on when to use which.
- Exceptional prompting skills - you understand how language and parameters translate to visual output across architectures.
- Fast, self-driven, and energized by new model drops. Startup pace is your natural speed.
- Prior experience with brand commercials and/or film production.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with creative, marketing, and production teams.
