Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own ABM orchestration—connect HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Clay, and our broader martech stack to automate how sales plays are deployed, measured, and iterated on
  • Scale AI-powered capabilities across the team—agents, automations, dashboards, and workflows that give everyone leverage
  • Manage the demand gen agency relationship—reduce the back-and-forth, streamline execution, and accelerate time to market
  • Combine disparate reporting signals into a singular view of marketing performance and surface insights that drive action
  • Automate the content-to-campaign pipeline—from sales play creation to email cadences to HubSpot deployment
  • Create documentation and resources to help the broader team build new skills and agents independently
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Product to gather requirements and enable teams on what you build
  • Drive Demand Generation programs—leveraging AI to work with contractors, agencies, and internal resources to grow results

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in B2B SaaS in any GTM capacity—marketing, demand gen, growth, marketing ops, RevOps, or ABM
  • Proven builder: you've shipped a specific AI agent, automation, or dashboard to an internal team — you can name the build, the tools you used, and the impact it had
  • CRM fluency: HubSpot or Salesforce; you've built workflows, contact lists, or email cadences and ideally connected your CRM to other tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—this role works across a lot of functions
  • Revenue cycle and reporting familiarity

Preferred

  • Experience with Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar enrichment tools
  • Agency or contractor management experience
  • Google Ads or LinkedIn ad platform experience
  • Startup or scaling business experience oriented at enterprise customers
  • Ecommerce industry knowledge

Benefits

  • Mission-Driven Culture—Be part of a company transforming digital commerce through innovation and agility. The stuff we're building around AI-driven commerce is genuinely exciting and marketing needs to lead ahead of it.
  • Make Your Mark—Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing with real autonomy to build. In a larger org you might be buried. Here, the systems you create will be felt across the entire company.
  • AI-First, Top to Bottom—This isn't a company that just says it does AI. You'll have the tools, the trust, and the support to do your best work.
  • Collaborative, No-Ego Environment—We believe the best ideas win, not the loudest voices. You'll work alongside teammates who challenge and support each other.
  • Leadership That Listens—Our executives are accessible, invested in your growth, and committed to building a company where people thrive.
  • Celebrated Wins, Shared Learnings—From team offsites to Slack shoutouts, we celebrate progress and learn from setbacks together.
