Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Greenville, SC, for an Agency Operations & Administrative Manager. The role involves managing daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and providing high-level support to the team. Responsibilities include overseeing office management, managing budgets and financial processes, assisting with human resources tasks, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting project management. The Operations & Administrative Manager plays a critical role in facilitating organizational effectiveness and ensuring the smooth operation of the agency. Qualifications Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills Proficiency in project coordination, scheduling, and general administrative duties Experience with financial budgeting, reporting, and vendor management HR-related skills, including onboarding, office culture initiatives, and policy compliance Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities Strong technical proficiency in office management tools and software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agency environment Familiarity with agency operations or marketing-communications industry is advantageous
