Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Advertising Operations & Campaign Management: Manage ad order entry and campaign setup using Ad Orbit (or similar systems)
  • Ensure accuracy of client data, placements, and scheduling
  • Coordinate print and digital ad trafficking and execution
  • Maintain inventory and scheduling across platforms
  • Prepare weekly revenue reports and monthly ad indexes
  • Materials & Production Coordination: Track and collect creative assets (copy, images, specs) from clients
  • Ensure all materials meet deadlines and technical requirements
  • Coordinate internal reviews and client approvals prior to launch
  • Analytics & Client Reporting: Track campaign performance across digital channels
  • Produce end-of-month reports including website, email, and lead-gen campaigns

Requirements

  • Experience in advertising operations, ad trafficking, or campaign management
  • Familiarity with Ad Orbit, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRM/ad platforms (preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills for working with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and manage multiple deadlines
