Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community partners
• Manage a mix of inside (phone/email) and outside (in-person) advertising sales
• Grow and care for an active client list, with a focus on long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with clients and our Art Director to create effective, polished ads
• Help coordinate timelines, materials, and communication for each publication cycle
• Support overall office operations to keep things running smoothly

• Strong communicator with a relationship-first mindset
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable interacting with a wide range of clients, including established and high- profile individuals
• At ease working in an Apple/Mac-based environment
