Job Summary The Admissions intake is responsible for managing the admissions process of the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) by ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming transition for prospective residents and their families. This role involves overseeing marketing efforts, building strong relationships with referral sources, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards while achieving census goals. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the entire intake admissions process, including pre-admission assessments, documentation, and onboarding of new residents. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to determine the facility's ability to meet the needs of prospective residents. Ensure all admission paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or case management within a healthcare or long-term care setting. Skills and Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance processes. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources and families. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Benefits: Health Insurance.
