Responsibilities

• Paid Media Strategy & Planning: Develop integrated paid media strategies that align audience insights, channel recommendations and investment decisions with client objectives and business goals.
• Campaign Leadership & Optimization: Oversee paid media campaigns across social and digital platforms, guiding execution, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and results.
• Measurement & Performance Insights: Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations that inform optimization, future planning and client decision-making.
• Integrated Media & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with strategy, creative, analytics and account teams to connect paid media with broader communications and marketing programs.
• Client Management & Strategic Guidance: Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, presenting media recommendations, communicating performance and helping clients navigate evolving platforms and opportunities.
• Team Leadership & Development: Guide and mentor junior team members while helping ensure strong campaign execution and contributing to a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work.
• Business Growth & Media Innovation: Identify opportunities to expand client programs and bring forward emerging platforms, technologies and media approaches that strengthen Zeno's paid media capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, media strategy or integrated marketing within an agency or similar environment.
• Experience developing and managing paid media strategies across social and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube and X.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or similar paid media platforms.
• Strong understanding of campaign performance, optimization, audience targeting and paid media measurement.
• Experience translating analytics and performance trends into strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Familiarity with programmatic display, paid search and broader digital media planning.
• Experience managing day-to-day client relationships and presenting media strategies, performance and recommendations.
• Strong project management skills with experience overseeing multiple campaigns, budgets, timelines and priorities.
• Experience collaborating across strategy, creative, analytics and integrated account teams.

Preferred

• Experience with programmatic display, paid search (SEM/PPC) or omnichannel media campaigns.
• Familiarity with attribution, media measurement and analytics platforms.
• Experience supporting organic client growth or new business initiatives.
