Job Summary

Own and execute a broad biotech communications program spanning corporate and scientific narratives, executive visibility, and internal and external messaging, with strong cross‑functional project management to deliver flawless materials.

  • Lead development of disease factsheets, animations, executive slides and corporate messaging.
  • Manage cross-functional projects to deliver timely materials across corporate, scientific exchange, social media, thought leadership and media relations.
  • Requires a bachelor’s in marketing/communications and 6+ years in healthcare communications.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support senior leads in development and execution of broad communications strategy for mid-level and large biotech customers, including corporate and scientific narratives, brand refinement and roll outs, executive visibility, corporate and data milestone announcements, and internal communications
  • Develop internal and external communications: disease factsheets and animations, corporate messaging, executive social media content, briefing materials and executive slides to support larger presentations, etc.
  • Provide robust, cross-functional project management ensuring timely delivery of flawless materials and counsel to support corporate communications, scientific exchange, social media, thought leadership, internal communications and media relations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 6+ years’ experience at an Advertising, Public Relations, or Medical Communications agency
  • Experience and interest in healthcare communications
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment

Preferred

  • Experience with the high-science/biotech industry
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal staff and third-parties
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Corporate media, advocacy relations and social media experience
  • Individual should be a self-starter/self-motivator
