Responsibilities

• Respond to all requests for information from your teammates, clients, and other employees in a respectful, timely, and professional way.
• Copywriting & Calendar Creation
• Conduct media searches, audits, and research for client projects.
• Create weekly and monthly status reports for your team members.
• Coordinate all team and client meetings as assigned including scheduling dial-ins, calendar invites, locations, agendas, and other tasks as needed.
• Daily media monitoring of your assigned accounts.
• Draft agendas and recaps for all client calls and meetings
• Create and maintain media lists and coverage reports
• Maintain records and organize photo archives.
• Work with the team to build weekly/monthly status reports for clients.
• Daily social media monitoring of your assigned accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Writing, Journalism, Communication, or Media Studies
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in a strategic, creative agency, or fast-moving startup environment
• extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to keep the bigger picture in mind
• exceptional written and verbal communication skills — copywriting experience is a plus
• creative problem solver, and can juggle different things at once
• ability to work independently and in a dynamic, high energy, atmosphere
• roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
