- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients
- Lead in-person meetings, presentations and status calls across Southwest Florida
- Set expectations around timelines, scope and deliverables
- Guide clients through decisions and approvals
- Build trust and long-term partnerships
- Identify opportunities for additional work and growth
- Translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies and plans
- Write clear briefs, provide direction and inspire internal teams
- Gather research and insights to support recommendations
- Ensure work aligns with brand positioning and objectives
