Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Greater St. Louis. The Account Manager will act as a primary point of contact for clients, manage client relationships, and oversee project delivery while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, developing strategic plans for clients, ensuring client satisfaction through timely communication, and identifying opportunities for growth within accounts. Qualifications Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, Clear Communication, and Conflict Resolution Strategic Planning, Project Coordination, and Ability to Meet Deadlines Experience in Data Analysis, Performance Metrics Reporting, and KPIs Strong Problem-Solving Skills and a Results-Oriented Mindset Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Including virtual assistants, and contractors) Prior experience in marketing, client management, or business consulting is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
