Company Description Promofect is a growing branded merchandise and decorated apparel company based in Mahwah, NJ. We provide screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, and fully managed online merch stores for schools, first responders, sports teams, and growing businesses. We operate our own production facility and also work closely with an overseas support team. Our goal is to build structured, scalable merch programs that go beyond one off orders. We are not looking for someone to simply manage tasks. We are looking for someone who wants to help build and improve how a modern merch company operates. Role Description This is a full time, on site role for someone who wants real ownership. You will manage inbound opportunities, own client relationships, and oversee projects from quote through delivery. You will collaborate closely with our in house production team and our overseas support team to ensure strong execution and clear communication. Beyond day to day account management, this role includes improving how our merch store programs operate. You will look at store performance, client experience, pricing structure, and workflow and help make them better. We want someone who sees gaps and works to fix them. This is a growth role. The right person will not only maintain accounts but help elevate them into more structured, repeatable programs. Over time, this role can expand into broader leadership and program management responsibilities as the company scales. Qualifications Proven skills in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships 2+ years experience in account management, client services, or a production based business Experience in promotional products or decorated apparel is helpful but not required Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once Comfortable collaborating with both local and overseas team members Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements Strong communication skills and client facing professionalism Self starter who takes ownership rather than waiting for direction Comfortable working with schools, blue collar organizations, teams, and growing businesses Experience with CRM systems or ecommerce platforms is a plus
