Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Lead client meetings and communicate project updates, recommendations, and next steps.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and workflows.
• Coordinate with strategy, creative, media, and production teams to ensure successful execution.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaign recommendations, proposals, presentations, and statements of work.
• Translate campaign performance and reporting into actionable client recommendations.
• Support new business opportunities, discovery sessions, and proposal development.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand engagements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, communications, or project management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Professional experience working within or serving Catholic dioceses, parishes, schools, ministries, religious orders, or mission-driven nonprofit organizations.
• Familiarity with Catholic teachings, traditions, and organizational structures.
• Experience supporting marketing, communications, fundraising, enrollment, or audience engagement initiatives.
