Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing client revenue and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Production, and Strategy) to craft compelling media solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Lead the creation of strategic event plans, including key messaging, audience engagement tactics, and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on event formats, timelines, locations, and promotional activities to maximize impact.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of branded content and advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalations, problem-solving, and decision-making on client accounts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field within the media/entertainment or advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value client accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, branded content, and advertising trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to travel for branded events/activations.
  • Experience managing a team or direct reports.
