Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the marketing function, connecting strategy to execution, and ensuring the business hits its goals.
  • Own the overall marketing strategy, with a clear focus on driving ticket sales and attendance
  • Act as the day-to-day marketing lead for the client, guiding priorities and decision-making
  • Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans across channels
  • Lead integrated campaigns across media, creative, social, partnerships, and CRM
  • Partner closely with embedded creative/social lead to ensure strong, cohesive execution
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business, from new audiences to new revenue streams
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and priorities to keep work moving and aligned to impact
  • Analyze performance across channels and continuously optimize toward results
  • Lead key moments including launch, on-sale, and major promotional pushes
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, operators, and partners

Requirements

  • Experience leading marketing for a live experience, attraction, sports, or entertainment brand
  • Strong understanding of how to drive demand and convert interest into ticket sales
  • Ability to connect strategy, creative, and media into a single, focused plan
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, build-as-you-go environment
  • Strong communicator who can influence stakeholders and drive alignment
  • Highly accountable, with a bias toward action and ownership
