Job Description

Own day-to-day management of integrated communications programs and cross-functional campaigns across multiple client units, with a focus on timely delivery and excellent execution.

  • Responsibilities: Manage campaigns spanning earned media, executive visibility, partnerships, events and thought leadership.
  • Responsibilities: Build and QA high quality written materials including pitches, briefing documents, bylined articles and client correspondence.
  • Responsibilities: Develop client-ready recaps and support measurement to demonstrate campaign impact and future opportunities.
  • Responsibilities: Build and maintain media lists, conduct media research and support proactive pitching for impactful coverage.
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate timelines, trackers and reporting across concurrent workstreams with cross-functional agency partners.
  • Responsibilities: Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
  • Responsibilities: Monitor industry and cultural trends to identify timely opportunities and strategic recommendations.
  • Responsibilities: Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders to keep projects on track and on brief.
  • Responsibilities: Draft and conduct quality assurance reviews across materials, lists, timelines and deliverables.

  • Requirements: 2-4 years in public relations, integrated or corporate communications, ideally in an agency.
  • Requirements: Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities.
  • Requirements: Excellent writing, editing and proofreading across various materials.
  • Requirements: Experience supporting media relations, including research, list development, pitching and coverage tracking.
  • Requirements: Strategic thinking with precise execution and attention to detail.
  • Requirements: Comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and stakeholder approvals.
  • Requirements: Strong interpersonal and client service skills for internal and external relationships.
