Responsibilities

• Upload social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, etc.) to our CMS system.
• Create UTM links for content and ensure all content has appropriate trackability.
• Keep your eye on the pulse of the social media landscape. What is exciting right now? We want you to share what you are seeing!
• Participate in client calls, take detailed meeting notes, and ensure follow-up items are completed.
• Help anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to add value.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, agendas, and monthly reporting.
• Actively monitor client social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
• Engage with followers in a timely and authentic manner, fostering positive relationships with the community.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate any issues to the appropriate team member when necessary.
• Develop strategies to increase community engagement, foster loyalty, and drive brand advocacy.
