Job Summary

Own media outreach and logistics for client campaigns, turning fast-paced planning into timely press opportunities, organized itineraries, and travel-ready coverage.

  • Media planning & missions: plan and execute media missions with clear itineraries and group press trips.
  • Media lists & relations: build and maintain the primary media list and nurture strong media relationships.
  • Reporting & newsletters: support monthly client reporting and contribute to client newsletters and media kits.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment while making data-driven decisions
  • Has good time management skills and is good at meeting deadlines
  • Is with excellent writing skills to help with the construction and completion of client media newsletters and media kits
  • Will assist with the planning and execution of media missions
  • Can own and organize a primary media list
  • Assists with monthly client reporting
  • Helps with building itineraries and group press trips
  • Is willing/able to travel on behalf of our clients

Requirements
