Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own Influencer Campaign Execution End to End: Take ownership of influencer campaigns once they are kicked off, managing programs from creator sourcing through post-campaign wrap.
  • Source, vet, and recommend creators aligned to client goals, often identifying backup talent and clearly articulating fit and rationale.
  • Build and package influencer pitchbacks for client approval, using portals or decks depending on client needs.
  • Manage Creator Relationships and Deliverables: Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for influencers and creator agencies.
  • Negotiate influencer rates within approved budgets and manage conversations with creators, agents, and representatives.
  • Contract influencers, manage scopes of work, and ensure clarity on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
  • Oversee content development from first draft through revisions, approvals, and final delivery, maintaining strong quality control.
  • Drive Program Management and Speed to Market: Manage multiple concurrent campaigns, often 8–10 at a time, across different stages of execution.
  • Operate comfortably in fast-turn environments, with timelines that can range from a few days to several weeks.
  • Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables with precision, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Launch, Monitor, and Wrap Campaigns: Oversee go-live processes and monitor influencer content once published.
  • Submit influencer payments and support financial follow-through.
  • Contribute to post-campaign analysis and post-mortems, helping the team understand what worked and where to improve.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Account Managers, fellow Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Follow established playbooks and processes while applying sound judgment in real-time decision making.

Requirements

  • 0–1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.
  • Internship, coursework, or project experience working with creators, influencers, or social media campaigns is a plus.
  • Comfortable operating in execution-focused, fast-paced environments where multiple projects may be moving at once.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems, with a pulse on influencer culture and trends.
  • Ability to assess creator fit beyond surface-level metrics, balancing brand alignment, content quality, and audience relevance.
  • Confidence navigating compensation discussions, scopes of work, and influencer negotiations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills; you’re known for keeping complex programs organized and on track. Ability to make thoughtful decisions quickly and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
  • Clear, professional communicator with the ability to manage external relationships and internal partners effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable learning new tools, platforms, and processes.
  • Bias toward action, curiosity, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Preferred

  • Internship, coursework, or project experience working with creators, influencers, or social media campaigns is a plus.
