Job Description

Drive day-to-day support for direct response fundraising programs and coordinate with clients and Moore teams.

  • Own day-to-day responsibilities and client communications.

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day responsibilities to support the clients’ direct response fundraising programs.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, via writing, video conferencing, phone calls, email
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external delivery groups in order to meet client needs
  • Participate in annual planning, budgeting, and project meetings
  • Develop and monitor internal production schedules to ensure that all timelines are met through use of Workfront.
  • Input and manage sales orders process through Netsuite
  • Prepare creative strategies, review initial package graphics and copy and send to clients for review. Responsible for the traffic management of campaign compenents across the different teamts at Moore, within the specified timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to manage the circulation, edits and approval of creative
  • Review live imaging proofs and forward to client
  • Complete project budgets and review invoices for accuracy

Requirements

  • Undergraduate college degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of either agency or client service experience is required
  • Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of direct response analytics required
  • 2+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or related field (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of print production a plus
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, have good listening skills and a sense of direction
  • Must be an energetic, self-starter with the ability to interact well with clients and internal department managers
  • Knowledge of project management software preferred.
