Job Summary

Own the production advisory and delivery engine across global clients, owning briefs to delivery, quality standards, and cross functional collaboration with a focus on AI tooling adoption and growth in existing accounts.

Production leadership: oversee briefs, timelines, budgets, shoots, and handoffs.
Client/agency alignment: keep partners in sync on outputs and SLAs.
Growth and tools: identify organic growth and apply AI tools to workflows and in market content production.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on production strategy and execution, ensuring all outputs are aligned with brand guidelines, creative direction, quality standards and efficient execution
Lead alignment between clients and agency partners on production briefs, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and handoffs to project teams
Maintain a deep understanding of WPP Production's capabilities and how to apply them
Oversee primary productions from brief through to delivery, with a hands-on understanding of shoots and production workflows start to finish
Coordinate with global offices, serving as a steward of consistent ways of working across regions
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, commercial arrangements and SLAs
Manage account financials, including SOWs, fees, profitability, and utilization, while consistently delivering against client requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally across Operations, Finance, Production, and subject matter experts to drive cohesive, high-quality outcomes
Navigate competing priorities and escalations with clarity and confidence
Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business

Requirements

4–7 years of Client Services experience, including a minimum of 3 years within a creative agency environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, as a portion of creative is in Spanish and English
Exceptional client relationship skills with the ability to present confidently, influence multiple stakeholders, and engage effectively at the senior and executive level
Deep production fluency and a strong understanding of how to deliver work across today's fragmented media landscape
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and decisiveness in fast-moving environments
Solid negotiation skills and commercial acumen
Comfortable using project management tools to keep information, data, and work on track
Proactive, highly motivated, and detail-oriented with a genuine passion for the work, the team, and the business
