Strategic partner: Write briefs and present plans that align internal teams with client objectives, audience, and direction.
Campaign lifecycle: Lead integrated programs from brief through delivery, ensuring on-strategy, on-budget, and on-time execution.
Growth and renewal: Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts to deepen partnerships.
Strategic conversations: Bring authoritative knowledge of each client’s business, competitive landscape, and category dynamics to influence thinking.
Client leadership: Own client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic partner who anticipates needs and keeps clients informed and confident.
Team leadership: Guide internal teams through the full campaign lifecycle to stay on strategy, budget, and schedule.
Client materials: Develop and present proposals, estimates, timelines, and performance updates with senior-level polish.
Quality control: Ensure creative and production output meets brand, strategy, and accuracy standards before delivery.
Growth mindset: Drive organic growth within accounts by proactively spotting opportunities to expand scope.
Brief quality: Set the strategic foundation for engagements by writing clear briefs aligned to objectives and audience.

Experience leadership: 8–10 years in agency account management with senior client leadership and account growth.
Trusted partnerships: Proven ability to own and grow client relationships and earn long-term confidence.
Brand rigor: Experience with established brands and the discipline to deliver high-performance results.
Growth impact: Track record of organic growth through strategic thinking and proactive opportunity development.
Financial acumen: Strong command of profitability, margins, scope discipline, and balancing client value with agency health.
New business: Proven experience in pitches, closing opportunities, and onboarding new clients.
Program oversight: Deep campaign management experience for complex, integrated programs with performance-driven decisions.
