Responsibilities
- The account director is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing multiple clients/brands while managing and mentoring a high-performing internal account service team.
- This role drives agency efforts in developing marketing strategies that move the needle for our clientsâ businesses, ensuring that all work is performance-driven, on-brand, and on-strategy.
- Beyond being a primary strategist, the account director is a people leader dedicated to the professional development, training, and guidance of junior staff.
- They are responsible for building deep, meaningful client relationships based on earned trust, while simultaneously fostering a collaborative internal environment that empowers the team to drive powerful business results.
- By acting as a proactive business partner and an internal mentor, they identify opportunities to move both the clientâs business and our agencyâs talent forward.
