Job Description

Lead Hispanic consumer engagement and brand-building initiatives in Southern California, balancing culture-driven PR with multi-channel programs, while mentoring teams and managing senior client relationships.

  • Lead culturally relevant Hispanic PR and community activations from concept to execution with ROI focus.
  • Be the West Coast brand practice leader, building strategy and overseeing programming with team support.
  • Mentor and develop mid- and junior-level talent to foster collaboration and high performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver integrated work.
  • Deliver strategic presentations to articulate ideas to clients and colleagues effectively.
  • Stay obsessed with culture by tracking media and social trends impacting Hispanic/multicultural communities and brands.
  • Build strong relationships and manage stakeholder engagement across the organization.
  • Balance multiple projects, drive effective delegation, and ensure ROI and efficient client budget use.
  • Able and comfortable driving to events and meetings throughout Southern California.

Requirement details reflect the core filters for this role, including deep senior client management, bilingual Spanish proficiency, and cross-channel media experience.

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience; agency experience in the consumer PR category is a requirement
  • Proven experience running day-to-day client service and project management of large, multi-channel brands with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong experience across earned/traditional and social media; paid is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish speaker required
  • Experience engaging with, managing relationships, and presenting to mid- to senior-level clients
  • Outstanding judgment when working with diverse media outlets, team members, client contacts, and vendors
  • An exceptional project manager who is very organized with unfailing attention to detail
  • Experience managing budgets
