Original Job Description
Position Summary The Account Coordinator (AC) supports the Kubota account team by ensuring seamless intake, coordination, and processing of creative and marketing initiatives across a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This role works closely with senior account leadership, senior project management, media planning, and creative teams to facilitate efficient creative development, clear direction, and timely execution. This position is not responsible for building media flowcharts, but instead plays a critical role in translating strategic direction into organized workflows and processes that guide media planning, project management, and creative teams in a collaborative and effective manner. Successful Account Coordinators on Kubota are highly organized, process‑driven, and comfortable operating in complexity. They demonstrate strong critical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to take direction and quickly convert it into clear, actionable next steps for multiple teams. Key Responsibilities Creative Intake & Workflow Coordination Serve as a primary intake point for creative requests and initiatives across the Kubota account Partner with senior account leadership to understand objectives, priorities, and timing Translate direction into clear workflows, documentation, and next steps for: Project Management Media Planning Creative teams Facilitate collaboration across disciplines to ensure alignment and momentum throughout the creative development process Track creative status, dependencies, and approvals to support timely delivery Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Senior Account Executives, Account Directors, and Senior Project Managers to support day‑to‑day execution Act as a connector between account, project management, media, and creative teams Support development of media planning decks and presentation materials in partnership with senior account leadership Ensure information shared across teams is accurate, complete, and clearly communicated Communication & Documentation Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills across internal teams Capture direction, feedback, and decisions with a high degree of accuracy Maintain organized records, trackers, and documentation to support team clarity and efficiency Proactively flag risks, gaps, or misalignment and help drive resolution Process & Quality Focus Apply a process‑driven mindset to improve consistency, clarity, and efficiency Support adherence to established workflows while identifying opportunities for improvement Maintain a high standard of detail and accuracy across all deliverables Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment What Makes Someone Successful In This Role Thrives in a high‑volume, fast‑moving account environment Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Exhibits exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability Takes direction well and quickly translates it into structured workflows Operates collaboratively and communicates effectively across senior‑level stakeholders Brings a process‑oriented mindset while remaining flexible as needs evolve Uphold our agency values: Humanity.
