Job Summary

Own end-to-end client delivery with budgeting, invoicing, and cross-functional project coordination across multiple external teams.

  • Own the account management workflow, client servicing, and weekly status updates to drive on-time delivery and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to guide projects, maintain schedules, and ensure accurate billing in NetSuite.
  • Provide data to Analytics and support client communications, copy editing, and creative approvals to keep programs moving.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong knowledge of the account management process and client service skills
  • Communicate regularly with clients, via writing, video conferencing, phone calls, email
  • Maintain working relationships with external delivery groups in order to meet client needs
  • Utilize NetSuite to enter and maintain client budgets, create sales orders, and manage invoices to ensure accurate billing for each client
  • Coordinate with internal teams to guide and manage client projects
  • Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure that all timelines are met
  • Assist with preparation of weekly status updates for the client
  • Help prepare, update, and monitor project budgets to be sent to clients
  • Ensure accuracy of client invoices
  • Coordinate with internal departments to manage the circulation, edits and approval of creative

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in agency, non-profit or client service experience is preferred
  • A college degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to analyze data, edit copy, offer creative direction, and problem solve
  • Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to interact well with clients and internal department managers
  • Desire to learn about direct response fundraising and assigned clients’ missions and programs
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, have good listening skills and a sense of direction
