Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the academy.
• Coordinate class schedules, events, camps, leagues, and tournaments.
• Communicate with parents, students, coaches, and prospective customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support student enrollment, registration, and retention efforts.
• Assist with facility management and operational procedures.
• Help organize academy events, competitions, and promotional activities.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase enrollment and brand awareness.
• Manage the academy's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
• Create engaging content, including photos, videos, graphics, and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, operations, education, sports management, or a related field
• Strong video editing skills
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Social media management experience

Preferred

• Experience in youth sports, education, after-school programs, or private academies
• Photography and videography experience
• Event planning and community outreach experience
• Knowledge of table tennis is a plus but not required
