Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Multi-channel communications: Draft, edit, and distribute content across email, social media, website, and print materials, ensuring messages are accurate, timely, and aligned with Aug Prep’s brand standards.
  • Graphic design and visual content creation: Support the design and production of high-quality visuals for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, infographics, flyers, videos, photography, and other multimedia.
  • Digital marketing execution: Execute campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email marketing platforms (HubSpot), and other digital channels, ensuring content is scheduled and published correctly.
  • Website support: Assist with updating website content and maintaining functionality.
  • Event marketing support: Partner with internal teams to promote school events and initiatives.
  • Project and time management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
  • Work collaboratively and supportively with colleagues, supervisors, students, parents/guardians, and community members, maintaining positive, solution-oriented relationships that foster a strong, inclusive environment for optimal learning.
  • Continuously seek professional growth through building and department meetings/professional development, formal coursework, workshops, and seminars/in-services.
  • Serve with a flexible, open heart that recognizes no duty is outside the scope of your role--we are a team that is stronger together in service of our students.

Requirements

  • A belief in the ability of every child and a commitment to ensure excellence for each student.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and/or 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, media relations, or a related field.
  • Active participation in a Christian church.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including proofreading and editing for clarity and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while producing high-quality results under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and visual content creation, using platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and website updates, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule.
  • Comfortable supporting both digital and print marketing initiatives while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Team player committed to the St. Augustine Preparatory mission and model.
  • Demonstrate the highest integrity, and be able to live the values, beliefs, and culture of St. Augustine Prep.
