Job Summary

Own end-to-end digital delivery and cross-functional coordination for large web and app projects, balancing client needs with technical feasibility and agile execution.

  • Project Delivery: Own multi-project cadences for websites, apps, and digital assets, turning briefs into technical plans and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical concepts for non-technical clients and keep leaders updated on risks and progress.
  • Agile Collaboration & QA: Lead standups, coordinate offshore teams, and ensure QA and accessibility standards are met.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Manage technical delivery for digital projects including websites, web applications, mobile apps, landing pages, email campaigns, interactive modules, banners, motion graphics, and UI/UX design deliverables.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Participate in client meetings to discuss project status, timelines, and technical requirements. Provide regular status updates and proactive communication on progress, risks, and resolutions.
  • Team Collaboration & Agile Practices: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, designers, UX architects, and vendors to drive effective execution and foster collaborative team dynamics.
  • Quality Assurance & Technical Standards: Oversee QA testing processes to ensure deliverables are error-free, meet technical specifications, and comply with accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG) where required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital project management, technical delivery, or related role managing web development, digital design, or interactive media projects.
  • Experience working in an agency, consulting, or fast-paced production environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), responsive design principles, CMS platforms and mobile development concepts.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), QA testing processes, version control systems (Git), and deployment workflows.
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser/cross-device testing requirements.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management best practices.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Workfront, Asana, Monday or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating project timelines, tracking budgets, managing resources, and producing status reports.

Preferred

  • Healthcare/pharmaceutical experience is a plus but not required.
