Own and coordinate partner activation executions across Marketing, Game Operations, Signage, and external partners, driving asset scheduling, status updates, and fan experiences while maintaining project management and reporting practices.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with various internal teams and stakeholders to assist in the execution partnership activations, ensuring seamless coordination between Marketing, Game Operations, Signage Team, and external partners at every stage.
  • Help schedule all partner activation assets across signage, in game elements, and game day activations, ensuring timely, on-brand, and contract-compliant delivery for each unique partnership activation.
  • Assist in monitoring project status checkpoints, updating stakeholders on milestones, obstacles, and next steps, and proactively adjusting action plans as needed to ensure the delivery of high-quality activation assets.
  • Assist in the collection and reporting of signage data to inform future strategies, facilitate recap reporting, and support continuous improvement of signage and physical activation processes.
  • Own and execute fan experiences through web platforms and physical activations.
  • Maintain and refresh internal project management tools, calendars, and reporting documents, ensuring all steps are clearly documented and actionable.
  • Regularly participate in meetings to track progress, elevate key findings or roadblocks, and recommend next steps.
  • Support the ideation, proposal, and launch of activation-focused partnership assets, helping prioritize projects based on business needs, partner commitments, and emerging activation trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University (or currently pursuing a BS Degree)
  • Preferably seeking 6+ months of prior experience in partnership activation or marketing (can be from an internship) within an entertainment organization, agency, professional sports team, league, or media.
  • High proficiency with digital reporting and analytics tools (such as Nielsen) and experience interpreting data for actionable insights.
  • High-level of creativity and ability to organize with attention to details, usability, and branding.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Continuous learner and a growth mindset toward driving the business and developing solutions for clients.
  • Highly motivated, creative, and able to communicate with a diverse group of colleagues.
  • Possess strong critical thinking & reasoning skills with ability to synthesize complex information and data into compelling go-to-market stories.
