SteelPoint Capital

At SteelPoint Capital, we are focused on building happiness, transforming lives, and strengthening the community through active and passive investment in real estate. Our job is to provide local active real estate investors with funds to complete opportunities in the investment space. We do this by raising private capital funds and deploying based on our risk tolerance. We are able to offer attractive fixed returns to our investors, paid out monthly, while putting their funds to work directly into the community. This unique approach allows us to stay nimble, support local projects, and deliver consistent results for our investors, all without the constraints of big institutional involvement.
