All of our product design is handled in the U.S. by our in-house design team. They work closely with our employees in one of Novelty’s four China offices to bring ideas to life efficiently and effectively. Once a product is created, Novelty packages it with tailored programs designed to help our partners sell more and improve their profit margins. These programs range from direct import and guaranteed sale to partial or full distributor service—or a custom solution in between.
