KEI specializes in providing owner’s representative services on public projects. We are certified as a Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE/DBE) by over 30 agencies and authorities. We have provided our services on public projects totaling more than $16 billion in value. We pride ourselves on our commitment to client satisfaction which is engrained throughout all levels of our organization. We have successfully served over 150 different clients, many of whom have requested our services on a repeat basis, which demonstrates our commitment to client satisfaction. KEI is not a design firm with construction inspection as a minor component of a larger engineering practice.
