Job Summary

Own end-to-end multi-channel acquisition campaigns and donor engagement initiatives, collaborating with managers, agencies and teams to drive continuous improvement and data-informed donor experiences.

Lead multi-channel campaigns across TV, digital, radio and print
Improve supporter engagement and grow bequest giving while partnering with internal and external stakeholders

Job Description

Responsibilities

Deliver, monitor and improve our new integrated legacy acquisition campaigns across channels including TV, digital, radio and print.
Play a key role in growing the number of supporters choosing to leave a gift in their will, while also supporting broader giving to Brooke.
Use insight-led operational activity, work closely with your manager, external agencies and colleagues to drive continuous improvement and create positive supporter engagement.

Requirements

Experience of delivering multi-channel campaigns.
Highly organised and comfortable monitoring data, using this to inform and identify improvements that enhance supporter experience and build trust.
Ability to turn strategy into compelling campaigns.
Experience working with DRTV campaigns is essential.
