Job Summary

Own the social content engine for nightlife and campus events, coordinating creator management, strategy, and cross-brand campaigns to stay fresh with youth culture and platform shifts.

Content & campaigns: shape ideas and campaigns that resonate with young audiences across nights, clubs, and festivals.
People and events: recruit and manage ambassadors, coordinate shoots, and handle event logistics and safety.

Requirements

Must be based in Leeds
Experience using platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and CapCut

You’re comfortable behind a camera & confident talking about our brands
You will enjoy managing people and communicating with different personalities
You enjoy club events & day festivals as much as digital marketing
You don’t mind working late-night events (typically around two per week during student term time)
You like variety and aren’t looking for a job where every week looks the same
You have a genuine interest in youth culture, nightlife, events, content, travel and brand development

Preferred

A driving licence and access to a car would also be helpful, but isn’t essential
