Job Summary

Own end-to-end client campaign coordination and media planning across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube, translating requirements into execution roadmaps, aligning delivery with KPIs, and driving campaign performance through tight cross-functional collaboration and proactive optimization.

Own campaign execution roadmap and platform mix, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and timely delivery.
Coordinate with Campaign Management, Ad Ops, Reporting, and Sales to keep assets, go-live timelines, and milestones on track.
Provide strategic recommendations from performance learnings, and surface upsell opportunities by understanding client priorities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients on all matters related to Paid campaigns / Promotions & coordination
Understand client goals and gather campaign requirements, assets, tracking specs, timelines, and approvals
Review client business objectives and marketing requirements to prepare high-level campaign strategies and Media Plans covering all platforms involved (Meta, TikTok , Google, YouTube, etc.)
Translate client requirements into a clear execution roadmap and media approach aligned with client KPIs and goals
Coordinate internally with Campaign Management, Ad Ops, Reporting, and Sales teams to ensure accurate and timely campaign delivery
Understand campaign requirements and work closely with Creative Team, Sales & Client to ensure we have best Ad Copies and Ad Creatives for each campaign / Promotion
Work closely with clients and internal creative teams to gather appropriate creatives, images, and messaging to ensure right communication as per campaign goal and improve performance
Ensure messaging, creatives, and formats are aligned with client brand guidelines and platform best practices
Maintain detailed trackers for each account, documenting asset statuses, pending inputs, go-live timelines, and key milestones
Join regular client calls to share progress updates, clarify deliverables, and ensure alignment (execution updates are shared by CM team)

Requirements

4+ years of experience in client coordination or account management, in a digital advertising environment with good experience or understanding of Social Media Campaigns
Understanding of Digital Media platforms Specifically TikTok Ads
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to confidently handle client interactions and drive internal follow-ups
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Excel/Google Sheets, and project management systems
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
3+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns on TikTok or similar platforms
Passionate about social media platforms and campaigns
Ability to think creatively, identify and resolve campaign issues
Attention to detail and effective multi-tasking in a deadline driven environment

Preferred

Managing paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and Snapchat or similar platforms
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experienced in website analysis by using tools like Google Analytics etc.
Desired: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, and website administration
