Job Summary

Own the growth engine with a focus on profitability: scale to £5m ARR, optimize CAC:LTV, and lift LTV via retention and AOV while building the data/ops backbone for fast decisions.

Growth execution: own weekly metrics, dashboards, and decision-ready reporting on revenue, CAC, churn, AOV, margin and profit.
Operational leadership: manage suppliers, ops and customer service to sustain quality as you scale.
Strategic initiatives: run major programs like geographic expansion and a site move.

Managing our relationship with our suppliers
Building better dashboards, workflows, automations and internal tools

Leading big projects, including geographic expansion and moving into a new site

Requirements

E-commerce, subscription, DTC or marketplace growth 🚀
Strong Meta ads / performance marketing background
Strong grasp of CAC, LTV, churn, AOV and contribution margin
Experience managing agencies, marketers, operators and customer service teams
Strong people management: clear feedback, high standards, good energy
A bias towards action, testing and continuous improvement
AI-native: using Claude, ChatGPT or similar every day to move faster and work smarter

Preferred

Coding/vibe-coding experience
Experience with Airtable, Zapier, Make, n8n or similar
Strong Meta ads / performance marketing background
A genuine love of sourdough and pastries 🥖
