Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships and lead strategic direction across your accounts
• Drive integrated B2B campaigns that deliver real, measurable results
• Spot and develop new business opportunities – proactively, not reactively
• Coach and develop the Account Management team to deliver consistently excellent work
• Manage commercial performance: forecasting, profitability and account planning
• Be the kind of leader your team and clients trust without question

Requirements

• Proven B2B agency experience at Account Director level (or a strong, ready-to-step-up SAM)
• A natural relationship builder – with clients and colleagues alike
• Strategic and commercial thinker who focuses on outcomes, not just outputs
• Someone who challenges a brief constructively and backs great ideas with confidence
• Strong team leader with a genuine interest in people's development
• Detail-obsessed, deadline-driven and genuinely proud of every piece of work
• Knowledge Synergist is preferred, with strong financial acumen being a must
