Job Summary

Own Croydon Pride’s external communications and social media program, shaping inclusive, safe spaces online while driving attendance, fundraising, and sponsor visibility for the festival and year-round events.

Social & Content: Build multi-channel campaigns and vibrant media (reels, video, stills) across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
External Messaging & Governance: Lead external communications as Communications Trustee, collaborating with the board to advance community equity and visibility.
Campaign Delivery: Design and execute campaigns that grow attendance and fundraising while strengthening partnerships with sponsors and community groups.

Lead social media strategy and run marketing campaigns for South London’s LGBTQIA+ festival.
Lead Croydon Pride's external messaging.
As Communications Trustee, you will lead Croydon Pride's external messaging.
Social Media & Content Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Create vibrant, inclusive multimedia content (reels, video, stills) and engage with followers to maintain a safe online space.
Marketing Campaigns Design and execute strategies to promote the flagship summer festival and year-round events.
Strategic & Hands-On Delivery Drive attendance, fundraising, and sponsor visibility while contributing to board governance.

Social Media & Marketing Expertise Proven experience managing multi-channel platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and creating high-quality multimedia content.

LGBTQIA+ Advocacy A deep, empathetic understanding of intersectional LGBTQIA+ community needs.
