Job Summary

Build and coordinate brand-driven communications across Europe, translating DHL’s brand guidelines into Canva-designed assets, newsletters, and on-site materials while overseeing sponsorship reviews and event prep for ACS Europe.

  • Brand & Content Execution: design assets and ensure consistent brand usage across ACS communications, newsletters, and social channels.
  • Stakeholder & Event Ownership: collaborate with Brand Services, Sponsorship teams, and regional colleagues to review sponsorships and prep for major events like Air Cargo Europe.
  • Quality & Compliance: proofread communications and uphold Health & Safety standards across activities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Learn, practise and advocate DHL Group brand guidelines – utilising support where necessary
  • Work with cargo general sales agents (GSAs) to ensure that brand guidelines are being followed on websites and social media platforms
  • Use Canva to design assets, for use across ACS communications platform
  • Research and collate new content for the ACS Europe monthly newsletter, Stay Connected
  • Ongoing oversight of sponsorship requests via the Guest Management System
  • Prepare for internal and external events, such as the Air Cargo Europe trade shows
  • Proofread draft communications
  • Work with stakeholders, Group Brand Services, Sponsorship teams, ACS Europe, ACS colleagues in Europe & Global
  • Adhere to site Health & Safety

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a time‑critical environment.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Willingness to complete required security and background checks.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent such as Functional Skills) in English and Maths grade 4 +.
  • Good IT skills.

Preferred

  • Interest in Communications and/or Marketing careers, logistics, or aviation/transport environments.
