Job Summary

Own multi-channel campaigns that move prospects along the full customer journey while aligning with revenue priorities.

Lead integrated campaigns across touchpoints, from planning through optimization to impact brand and pipeline.
Coordinate assets, copy, events, and agency/internal partners to deliver on-brand activity that drives engagement.
Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and broader teams to tie marketing to commercial priorities and measurable growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Bring marketing strategies to life – supporting key divisions with activity that drives visibility, engagement, and growth
Plan, deliver, and continuously optimise integrated, multi-channel campaigns across the full customer journey
Collaborate with external agency partners and internal specialists to deliver high-quality, on-brand activity
Create and manage impactful marketing assets and communications, including email campaigns, collateral, and audience-led content
Write, edit, and refine compelling copy across digital channels, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging
Lead the planning and delivery of industry events, awards, sponsorships, and engagement initiatives that strengthen our market presence
Contribute to engaging social media activity, including supporting the creation of dynamic video content
Partner closely with Business Development, Operations, and wider teams to align marketing with commercial priorities and revenue growth
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance – turning data into actionable insights that improve results

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
Experience within healthcare or similar sectors is essential
Proven ability to develop and deliver effective multi-channel marketing activity that drives brand awareness and customer acquisition
Confident copywriter, able to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences, channels, and objectives

Preferred

Experience in healthcare or similar sector is highly desirable
