Responsibilities
- Leading on strategy and planning for a portfolio of client accounts across a range of sectors
- Acting as the senior point of contact for clients - building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring strong retention
- Line managing two Marketing Executives and coordinating freelancers, including regular check-ins, appraisals, and day-to-day support
- Overseeing the delivery of campaigns across social media, email, paid media, SEO, and content
- Working closely with the creative team to brief, review, and champion great work - and building a strong collaborative relationship across disciplines
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting new business activity, including contributing to pitches and proposals
- Championing and representing the Lemon Tree brand externally - at events, with clients, and within the wider industry
- Leading on how we can integrate ai within the business to benefit our clients
- Helping to develop internal processes and ways of working as the agency grows
Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing or account management role, with at least 7 years in the industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, paid media, and SEO
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members and freelancers, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build strong working relationships across the team
- Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to think strategically and translate client goals into clear, actionable plans
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Someone who gets things done without needing to be chased
- Marketing: 7 years (required)
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a marketing agency environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and WordPress
- Experience with reporting and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics 4
- An understanding of brand development and creative briefing
