Job Summary

Own the full Amazon account lifecycle for multiple brands, turning data into growth by boosting visibility, profitability, and availability across seller Central.

Growth & Visibility: craft and execute strategies to lift rankings, impressions, and sales on Amazon.
Performance & Profitability: analyse revenue, margin, and marketplace trends to uncover new opportunities and optimise ROI.
Cross-Functional Delivery: coordinate with Ops, CS, and Commercial teams to ensure compliant, seamless account management and stock readiness.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing client relationships and delivering an exceptional account management experience.
Creating and executing Amazon growth strategies to increase visibility, improve organic rankings and drive sales.
Analysing account performance, profitability and marketplace trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
Monitoring competitor activity and using data-driven insights to optimise performance.
Managing stock availability, FBA replenishment and demand forecasting to ensure consistent product availability.
Producing regular performance reports across key commercial KPIs, including revenue, margin and growth.
Working closely with our Amazon Operations, Client Services and Commercial teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Ensuring all account activity remains compliant with Amazon's marketplace policies and best practices.

Requirements

3+ years' experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
A strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace ecosystem and commercial drivers.
A proven track record of growing sales and improving profitability on Amazon.
Excellent analytical skills and confidence interpreting performance data.
Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Preferred

Previous experience within an Amazon agency (desirable but not essential)
