Job Description

Responsibilities

Growth Infrastructure: Build and execute regional GTM in the UKI, aligning with global objectives and product innovations.
Demand Generation: Lead field and partner marketing to generate demand and accelerate pipeline using data-driven tactics and brand-building activities.
Pipeline & Sales Alignment: Define a marketing roadmap driving new pipeline and opportunitiy acceleration; partner with sales to ensure ROI and revenue goals.

Requirements

10+ years of senior marketing experience, with UKI expertise and demand generation responsibilities.
Demonstrated track record of leading, executing, and scaling high-impact field marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Hands-on experience in field marketing, including full-cycle trade show, executive roundtables, and event management.
Ability to commute to the London office and travel internationally when required.

Preferred

Proven ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid environment while delivering high-impact strategic results.
Demonstrated success in aligning field marketing initiatives directly with regional sales and customer engagement efforts to drive significant revenue growth.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and marketing automation tools such as Marketo
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making, pipeline tracking, and ROI optimization.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
